Lenore Kantor is a recognized branding and launch expert who has designed, developed and launched more than 100 products and services across a wide range of business over more than 20 years. Lenore founded Launch Warrior to help emerging and established companies and business owners to launch new initiatives - whether introducing a new service (targeting new customers or entering new markets), growing the business or undergoing a corporate change (merger/acquisition, capital raising or new leadership). She has gained industry recognition for companies she works with, winning 38 awards over a 7 year period. Leveraging her extensive executive marketing and product management expertise, Lenore is also a certified coach who works directly with business owners and senior professionals to clarify their vision, tell their story and launch effectively to see results.
Lenore's background includes executive roles at Morgan Stanley, International Securities Exchange (ISE), BNY Brokerage (now ConvergEx) and The Bank of New York (now BNY Mellon) where she launched new websites, trading platforms, reporting tools, workflow automation systems, investment products and a stock exchange. Most recently she was Global Head of Market Positioning and Industry Relations at Thomson Reuters, following its acquisition of FXall for $600 million, where she was Head of Marketing and Communications and had assisted taking the company public on the NYSE.
Lenore served as a Board Member of the Financial Communications Society (FCS), is a member of the Entrepreneurial Sounding Board for the Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center at Columbia Business School and a mentor for Startupbootcamp and Almaworks, the CORE (Columbia Organization of Rising Entrepreneurs) accelerator program. Lenore has been quoted on behalf of companies she represented in Dow Jones, the Wall Street Journal, Traders Magazine, Financial News, Global Finance, and Pension Funds journals and has been a judge for the Journal of Financial Advertising and Marketing (JFAM) and the FCS Portfolio Awards.
Lenore's multi-disciplinary approach is informed by her background: MBA from Columbia Business School; psychology degree from University of Pennsylvania; design training from the Art Center College of Design and ESADE Business School; certification as a life coach from the Empowerment Institute; training at the Radical Aliveness Institute, a leadership development program based on Core Energetics.
