Q. What will each exhibitor receive at SummerFest? A. a. Exhibitors that reserved a 10x10 tent will receive a tent, three (3) eight foot tables, and table cloths (either blue or black) b. Q. Do you provide cutlery and utensils? A. No, Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own cups, plates, cutlery and napkins
Q. Is there electricity at the exhibit tables? A. Because the roofdeck does not have electricity, only Exhibit Spaces 1-9 and 19-26 have access to electricity from inside the Mercedes Club. Nevertheless, if you want electricity, you must let us know by June 2nd.
Q. Is the electricity a single outlet or a multi outlet? A. The outlets are single - please bring a power strip and extension cord if you need one!
Q. Does electricity cost extra? A. No, electricity does not cost extra
Q. Is Wifi available? A. No, you need to plan to use a hotspot
Q. Are chairs provided for the midsummer event for just the table? A. No
Q. Do you have staff who can help us set-up my booth? A. While we have event staff, their primary roles is to set-up, manage and clean-up the event. You should plan to be able to set-up your exhibit space without assistance from our event staff
