A good candidate for our busy yoga studio will be warm, enticing, positive and engaging with students, clients and staff. A highly motivated problem solver who can take charge and who is able to work with a diverse population of people .
Requirements: -Familiarity with MindBody Software a plus, knowledge of g-cal and g-doc -Proven leadership ability preferable in health, fitness, or spa setting -Minimum two (2) years management experience in a customer service business. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Possess honesty and personal integrity. -Be enthusiastic, energetic and personable.. -Computer literate. -Hardworking and diligent. -Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills. -Some knowledge of Yoga
Responsibilities will include: -Manage staff scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage. -Provide the highest levels of customer service to all members and guests -Working to ensure excellent customer service and upselling of services. -Calling new clients, welcoming them to the studio, helping them find the most suitable classes, upselling on their next purchase.
